West of Eden
Paradise does not come with out a price and
the foolishness of youth can make it costlier
than ever. Indescretions, transgressions
you name it, neither of us realized we were
doomed before we began. We had it all but
the strength to hold it together. I am not
proud of this painting and I accept my
failures as much as I forgive failures of
others, but it was my duty to record what
was going on with me... it's just kinda what I
do. As time puts this on a very distant
horizon behind the incredible life I have now.
There's smoke but the bridge isn't
completely burned. Painted in 1999
